No, we have carefully curated a very small collection of popular items and giftables from all of our brick-and-mortar locations. Our designer fashion brands are best shopped in-store and personal shopping services are available by appointment at hello@luxurygiftsbermuda.com or by calling 298-6091 during operating hours.

You will be notified by email when your goods are available for collection. You purchases can be collected by curbside pick up or in store at the Shops at Hamilton Princess located at the following address:

In special circumstances we can arrange delivery of your items. For example, if you live overseas and are arranging a gift for a loved one or corporate client in Bermuda we can work with you. If you are unable to collect during normal business hours due to your work schedule or if you have health vulnerabilities we can also work with you to arrange delivery. Please note that request for delivery may result in a delivery fee or a delay in receiving your purchases. These arrangements can be made by calling 1 (441) 298-6091 during operating hours.

RETURNS FAQ

We will only accept returns for STORE CREDIT on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be delivered back to our retail locations. We only accept returns on clothing that has not been worn, altered or washed and must have all original tags attached. All markdown and last call items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Store Credit &/or Exchange. There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on Accessories, Swimwear & Intimate Apparel. NO CASH/CREDIT BACK.
